S&T Watch and Report

The Ministère des Affaires Étrangères et Européennes gives OS&T the mission to watch science and technology development in the USA.
The OS&T publications are targeting several publics:
— universities, research organisms, and the general research community;
— the French scientific community in the USA, via "Fil de Marianne" and several scientific newsletters in our Consulates;
— French autorities, through the diplomatic channel.
Our reporting is delivered mainly as:

• Bulletins Electroniques
  Bulletins Electroniques [in French] are published every week: actuality of research and technology breakthroughs in the USA.
• Embassy Reports
  these reports [in French] are thematic synthesis, about the advancement of science, or technology, or innovation initiatives (about 10 a year).

These deliveries are made via ADIT, which covers:
- Strategic and competitive Intelligence for large companies;
- Regional Intelligence innovation projects in the SMEs;
- Foresight and technological watch worldwide, towards French economic actors.
We also publish a synthesis for the USA at the OST.
