ELIGIBILITY
- Candidates must be currently working on their Ph.D.
- Candidates do not have to be U.S. citizens, but they must be enrolled in an American university and they cannot be a French citizen.
- Candidates must obtain a letter of recommandation from their advisors in the US and a letter of invitation from a French professor employed in a French university or a research institution.
- The fellowship begins between September 15- October 15 of the fellowship year and lasts nine months.
- All application materials are due on December 15th for the following fellowship year.
