ELIGIBILITY
  • Candidates must be currently working on their Ph.D.
  • Candidates do not have to be U.S. citizens, but they must be enrolled in an American university and they cannot be a French citizen.
  • Candidates must obtain a letter of recommandation from their advisors in the US and a letter of invitation from a French professor employed in a French university or a research institution.
  • The fellowship begins between September 15- October 15 of the fellowship year and lasts nine months.
  • All application materials are due on December 15th for the following fellowship year.
CALENDAR :
  • Application submission by December 15th.
  • Selection process from January to February
  • Decision : during March.
